The silver package offers peace of mind to all Home Costa Blanca homeowners. All our extras and home services are available at an additional cost but without the regular home checks.

GOLD PACKAGE (Extra Mile)

Not only does this package offer you peace of mind but with the gold we go that extra mile by checking your property once a month. We will inspect your property inside and out to make sure everything is how it should be. During every visit we will sign a report that will be sent to you via WhatsApp or email. Home Costa Blanca gold package clients will have easy access to our extras and home services that are available at an additional cost.

PLATINUM PACKAGE (Personalised Plan To Your Specific Requirements)

As with the Gold but we will check your property thoroughly inside and out twice a month but to your specific requirements. During every visit we will sign a report which will be sent to you via WhatsApp or email.
